Requests for Records Owned or Maintained by Myton City

The City of Myton Office responds to all requests for records made under the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA). 

Requests for records may be submitted several ways:

1. Complete an online GRAMA Request for Records
2. Print and complete the GRAMA Request form and submit via email to rjohns@mytoncityut.gov 
3. Print and complete the GRAMA Request form and submit it via mail or in person to:
